The information was helpful, but the videos had no sound and were a bit confusing. There was also a question in the test which I believe was incorrect because it didn't take into account the different types of injuries that may occur. Alternative first steps should occur before going to extreme measures. Overall, the course was beneficial and I like that it was available prior to paying for the certificate. Life-saving material should be available to all without cost. Good job to NationalCPRFoundation for caring about helping others above profit.
